Our story
Realising your digital potential
Dweller Hill was founded to help small and medium-sized organisations get more from their websites and software, without the overhead of a large agency.
Along the way we noticed how much Town & Parish Councils were underserved by mainstream technology providers — expected to meet Transparency Code and GDPR obligations with the same tools as a corner shop, and often with no dedicated IT support at all.
That led directly to LCAMS, our asset and compliance management system, our council website product, and our status as an official Zoho Partner — all built to make council administration simpler, safer and more transparent.
